How it works
Billing → Change plan. Upgrades start straight away, and unused days on your current plan come off the price. Downgrades start at your next renewal.
Billing shows your next payment: the date, the amount including GST and any fees, and whether AutoPay or a payment link collects it. Free trials and intro prices show when they end and what you pay after. What's next lists the next three payments.
Billing → Cancel subscription. Tell us why, check what happens, then confirm.
Your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. AutoPay is turned off, and then you move to Free. Your courses, notes and progress are kept, and unused credits stay too.
Changed your mind? Tap Resume subscription any time before the end date.
Common problems
Do I get a refund?
No refund is given for the current period, but you won't be charged again.
What if AutoPay can't collect a payment?
We try again over the next few days and email you a payment link. You keep full access for 3 days after your renewal date while we collect it, and billing shows the date access lasts until. Pay within those 3 days and your next period carries on from your old renewal date. Pay later and the new period starts the day you pay. Your monthly AI allowance refills once the renewal is paid.
